BIO

Monica Swartley is a painter based in Tampa, FL. She is curious about the relationship between humanity and nature-when we grow apart, how might we come back to a sense of connection? Both to self and others.

Having studied biology and art, she has a blended work approach that is guided by the whole of body, heart and mind. She is invested in how we might take better care of ourselves and each other, and this shows up in her offerings as a yoga teacher and contrast therapy guide. The sum of her parts represent a devotion to what it means to live well.
